Valerie Bubon is an accomplished opera singer who performed with the Greater New Britain Opera Associaton for 15 years. She also sang in community choruses and presently sings in her church choir. Val is well known for her lectures and video presentations highlighting popular opera singers. These programs were shown at schools, cultural centers, libraries, senior centers, museums, nursing homes, churches, AARP, etc... She also served as President of the Rosa Ponselle Fund and Museum. She is currently studying voice privately with Virginia Gordoni, a protege of Rosa Ponselle.
