Description

Got two left feet, but still want to get your groove on?  In this class we will start with the very basics of movement in space and build confidence to inspire your ability to move and groove.  By the end of this class you will be more comfortable in a dance space, more ready to move to music, and less likely to be a walflower at the next event involving music and dance.  For the first class, students are encouraged to wear clothing that is comfortable and easy to move in and thin shoes.  Bring a hydration vessel, and all your hesitations and awkward movements.  Musical suggestions are also welcome.
