DescriptionWeightlifting program-Program Goal is for those looking to develop basic usable whole body strength. This program will create a foundation for Sport Performance, general fitness, and improved appearance by acquisition or basic strength.
The Core of this program includes the following strength exercises: The squat, the press, the bench press, and the dead-lift. It will also include some accessory work to complement all major lifts.
